A client referred the head of a well-known University to us after her husband sent his passport to the Brazilian Visa office via normal post. After not hearing back for 6 weeks (and less than one week before the planned trip) the consulate said they didn’t have the passport and they would not be able to issue a Visa in time for the trip and Brazilian Vias’s can take up to 1 month to issue.
TDG immediately arranged for a replacement passport and got the application tagged as urgent and the passport arrived with 24 hours. We then couriered the passport to Canberra where, through our contacts, we were able to get the Brazilian Embassy to provide the Visa within 48 hours. The passport was couriered back to it’s owner and the couple then enjoyed a relaxed trip to Brazil.
