TDG INTRODUCES A NEW FLIGHT DISRUPTION COMPENSATION SERVICE

Corporate, Leisure, Groups and Event Travel Management

Travel Design Group clients can now automatically claim compensation for EU flight delays, cancellations and missed connections. This is achieved by our partnership with AirHelp and Tramada.

This new service will automatically be of assistance to any TDG client who experience a delay over 3 hours, a cancellation, missed connection or who has been denied boarding when travelling to or within any of the European Union (EU) countries with an EU- based airline. This delay must be one that the airline is responsible for e.g. : – technical difficulties or operational circumstances.  Our clients can be compensated up to 600 Euros (AU$960/NZ$990) for inconvenience that airlines could have prevented.

At Travel Design Group, we are taking this one step further for our valued clients by doing an automatic search going back over the last 3 years. If any of our clients have experienced these delays you may be entitled to compensation. 

You will receive an automatic email stating that we are aware you have been affected by a delay or cancellation.  All you need to do is “accept” the offer from AirHelp and they will do the rest of the work for you.

AirHelp has assisted over 10 million passengers with delayed, cancelled or over booked flights in the last 5 years.
